  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

Our Returns Promise

We want you to love every item as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  • Include your order confirmation or a copy of your email correspondence
  • Ship to the address provided in our response

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
