If for any reason you’re not, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items:
- Balconette Bras
- Full Cup Bras
- Half Cup Bras
- Minimiser Bras
- Bikini Knickers
- Brazilian Knickers
- Full Briefs
These exceptions apply unless the items are faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or a copy of your email correspondence
- Ship to the address provided in our response
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item(s) cost minus any original shipping fees
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or import taxes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or something different from what you ordered:

- Include photos of the issue or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund
